I just talked to the office staff at Inspect-All, and I stinking love them! They are so sweet and so knowledgeable. You don't find that level of customer service anywhere anymore!
They passed the "BBQ Test"
Everyone is so great. I told the office staff last week that every single technician must pass what I would call the "BBQ Test." Meaning that I would love to have them at my BBQ. All of your guys are so friendly, great at explaining what they are doing and what they recommend, and very thorough.

Amazing Mosquito Service!
For four years now, Inspect-All Services has provided our home with outstanding monthly mosquito service. Simply put: This company is easy to deal with, does what it says, and most importantly, gets rid of the mosquitoes! I am using them again for the 2016 season (March-October).
Excellent Experience
I've had the opportunity to work with the staff at Inspect-All several times. I was introduced to the company by a buyer client, he had known of the owners of the company for years, that's right FAMILY owned! From start to finish, Inspect-All has been professional, dependable, friendly, and make sure the job is done right. I've referred them several times and my clients that have used Inspect-All have all been very pleased, at the quality of work and the cost. It's nice to get great work and a fair price.
I'll never call anyone else!
What amazes and delights me is the attentiveness I received when I mentioned that I had asthma and was concerned about the effects of chemicals used for treatments. Past experiences with other pest control companies were not exactly trust-building, but this company and staff renewed my ability to trust these people and realize that customers' health and well-being, along with doing their job ridding your property of those pesky pests, take precedence overall. Inspect-All is based in Conyers but their technicians live all over the metro area and are scheduled accordingly. This company has a lot going for it. I'll never call anyone else.
Supreme Customer Service
Inspect-All Services has done a terrific job at our home. The workmanship was excellent, but the customer service was amazing. Every employee that we met during our project to eliminate rats from our home gave us supreme customer service. They sealed up all access points, set out traps, and checked the traps every week until exclusion was obtained. Even when I left the door to my crawl space open for a few days, thereby giving rats access to my home again, they came right back to begin the exclusion process another time. They understand the concept of giving satisfaction to every customer, which, of course, leads to more business due to customer's referring Inspect-All Services to their friends. If other businesses, regardless of product or service, were to follow their example, we the public would be blessed and satisfied.

Inspect-All was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when they performed my home inspection. They were timely and efficient and explained everything in great detail. "I've been an Inspect-All client for several years and they are in a class all by themselves. Their attitudes and customer service are fabulous. They are truly happy to go the extra mile, in fact, they look for an opportunity to do so. They always do what they promise. They make my life easier instead of more difficult because they make doing business with them as easy and pleasurable as possible. They operate with the highest integrity. They are very well organized, especially in following up with their customers to be sure all is well. The technicians are competent, friendly, professional and dependable. There is never any question that they will address what problem made me call them and they'll keep at it until it's resolved. No excuses, no hassle, no worries. The office staff also reflect the warm customer care that is a bedrock value in this company. They're such a delight to deal with that I actually look forward to talking with them. When a snake got in my house in the middle of the night I had to deal with it and did succeed in killing it. It was obvious from her description that they were doing the minimum they could. One visit from Inspect-All and they identified the root cause of the problem and promptly addressed it. Hidden Treasure
I was very satisfied with the company. Scheduling was convenient, and the tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to tell me the same thing as the other guys, but at a fraction of the price. There was no pressure to purchase additional services, but I was left with enough information to make an informed decision.

Professional! Thorough Inspection!!
I found Inspect-All Services on the Kudzu website. When I called, I received professional and courteous customer service. They explained the process to me and penciled me in asap. My inspector was Tim Poss. I arrived at the home roughly 5 minutes before the scheduled inspection. To my surprise, Tim was already at the residence working. This was a major plus as punctuality is very important to me. He was friendly and knowledgeable while explaining what I needed to know about the repairs that were needed. By the time I returned home to my existing residence, a very detailed inspection was waiting in my inbox. The report helped this first time buyer negotiate the repairs needed with the seller. This was a great experience. I will recommend Inspect-All to my family and friends.
Super Inspection
We had a home that we are thinking about buying and we called Inspect-All Services. They send out a inspector name Marty Lunsford. He did a super job. He took a lot of pictures and described things we needed to know what was wrong or if there wasn't anything wrong under the pictures. I was impressed the things he saw and documented and took pictures . I called him to ask him questions and he return my call and was very helpful. If every I had to do this again, I hope they will send Marty Lunsford.( I will request for him). Think you Marty for your help. My opinion is, If you need someone to inspect your home or thinking about buying a home, call Inspect-All Services.

Tom Maybury has done several of the inspections on properties that I've sold, sometimes I've represented the Seller and sometimes I've got the Buyer. In either case, Tom is always pleasant and does a good job on his inspections. He's a professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my clients, friends and family.
Thorough
Andy was great. He was punctual, thorough and explained everything that he did. He inspected and treated the house from attic to basement, garage, and outside. He spent about 2 hours. I was so impressed, I signed up for the quarterly treatments. I'm thankful I decided to contact Inspect-All when I saw them at my neighbor's.

Tom did both my pre-drywall inspection and the final inspection on a newly built condo I was purchasing. He was so thorough, and so clearly committed to doing a great job that I really felt comfortable that my best interests were being represented. I know he has more than 20 years in the home building business, so he understands what to look for on new construction. His report was thorough, easy to understand, had color photos and was available the next day. I definitely recommend their services.
They sent me a picture of the technician!
They provided excellent customer service. They sent me a picture of the technician that will be coming to my home. The day the technician sprayed my yard, it rained shortly thereafter. They came back the next day or two, no questions asked, to respray the area. Excellent customer service. I will use them again!
Robert Flores Was Wonderful!
Robert Flores did a thorough inspection of the home I was looking to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and able to explain to me, a first-time home buyer what I needed to know about termites and rodents. He gave me a detailed report to use in negotiations with the seller and I would recommend him happily.
Honest Dealing
These guys did a great deal on our Termite Inspection and bond. They had a sale price posted right after we did ours and they refunded the difference to us. That is honest dealing...I highly recommend INSPECT-ALL Services.

Outstanding Rodent Exclusion Service
Sealed up all areas along the builder's gap on the roof line and along the foundation of home to prevent rodents from entering the home. Set traps in the attic and crawl space to catch any rodents left in the home who try to escape. The crew came around 8 am and immediately started to work in sealing up all areas along the builder's gap on the roof line and along the foundation of home to prevent rodents from entering the home. They also custom fitted a cover for one of the two crawl space openings and fixed the other door so that rodents could no longer crawl under it. Then they set traps in the attic and crawl space to catch any rodents left in the home who try to escape. They will come back in a week to check the traps and reset if necessary. They will continue to do this until there are no more in the home. Then in a year they will come back out to check the perimeter again. It seemed like a lot of money to my husband but I realized that we actually were getting all that we paid for! Both of the reps from the company that spoke to me were exceptionally well educated in their profession and were also extremely courteous to me. I am well satisfied with their work so far and I do not expect to be of a different mind in the future.

A+ from top to bottom
The initial termite evaluation was on Wednesday, July 8 with no activity found. The installation of our Sentricon system was performed on Friday afternoon, July 10 and was seamless! All of the employees of Inspect-All that we have dealt with from schedulers to technicians have been very nice and knowledgeable! We are so glad that we purchased this package through Angie's List!

The experience was customer-friendly from start to finish. All-inclusive services offered with excellent pre-inspection telephone customer service and the onsite experts performing the work were beyond buyer friendly. Todd is simply amazing. He allowed us to shadow him and made sure we understood everything (not just work possibly needed) about our upcoming home. Used the termite inspection service and consistent/same great customer service was provided. Very knowledgeable and outstanding communication/presentation skills. WILL gladly recommend Inspect-All to any future buyers or for their wide variety of services offered.
