Excellent service and very thorough. I'm a property manager and picky about the chemicals used. They used the good stuff! They did a spot treatment on dry wood termites in a bathroom cabinet/countertop area. I'm also impressed that they noted that they would be returning in a month for a check up. Excellent!

Connor was the technician who did our quarterly inspection and performed the pest control maintenance. He was very knowledgeable regarding pest control and completely personable as well. It was super hot and humid the day he came but he didn’t rush and did a thorough job. I am very happy to live in a bug free house.

I could not be happier with Kingfish in general and Andres in particular. They've been treating my house since I purchased it last year. Over the weekend, the house was hit by a Formosan termite swarm. Andrew was out inspecting the results today and they'll be performing full treatment next week. With the termite activity so far this year, this is great news and exceeds my expections. And Andrew is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to answer my questions.
