Jake, the technician, was very professional, thorough, meticulous and respectful of our property. Very impressed with this company. No wonder it gets 5 star ratings from its clients.

While at my property I asked about the treatment of ants that had become a problem. He thoroughly explained the process, then contacted the owner to get... While at my property I asked about the treatment of ants that had become a problem. He thoroughly explained the process, then contacted the owner to get the permission to treat my property. That permission was granted and my property was treated immediately, and as explained with the option chosen, should I see any activity between the first of four applications, I could contact the office and he would come back to inspect and retreat. I have been a customer since 2016, and continue to be a customer for the reasons stated above, effective and professional service.

I feel like my faith in companies and people have been restored with King Fish! We have had a termite bond with them since the purchase of our home in 2018. Their customer service is exceptional starting from your initial call to the receptionist to the communication leading up to service then... Their customer service is exceptional starting from your initial call to the receptionist to the communication leading up to service then to the actually service. We have the green things in our ground and after countless home projects to renovate our backyard (thanks pups!) we have had to pull them up sadly even breaking some. Kingfish is literally a phone call away. They are kind, efficient and always willing to help. I am thankful that they truly do care about their customers, it is rare in these times! I plan to stick with King Fish for many years to come. The ratings are legit because I would give them another star as a bonus if I could! Thanks always kingfish!!!

Excellent service, would highly recommend!!! Called in the afternoon and they were there the next day. Zach kept me updated of his expected arrival, was exactly on time, extremely thorough, knowledgeable & professional. Again, would highly recommend and reasonably priced to boot!!
