The Fun Stuff (Terms)!
After one year- you will be contacted by our office to schedule your annual renewal inspection where we return to the property to maintain our Sentricon System and inspect the property for termite activity. There is an annual renewal fee associated with this inspection in order to maintain coverage for another calendar year. This process repeats for as long as you are in your home and can be canceled at any time. The annual fee is based on the linear footage of your home and will be provided to you by our office during the scheduling and activation portion of this process. A signed non-binding agreement and a credit card are required to be on file prior to activation.
